A late 18th century Chinese famille rose plate.  Slightly dished body and unglazed foot rim, the base having chatter marks from production.  It is decorated in traditional style with slightly raised enamel work.  The body is porcelain and the base glaze has a slight grey tint to it, typical of early pieces.  No makers marks which is usual, and a nicely presenting example.

 

 
Two hairlines to rim, one stopping just short of the foot rim, the other going just past the foot rim.  Minor rubbing.  Normal glaze pops and slight production flaws as expected for this period.
