We are happy to accept payment by PAYPAL, cheque or postal order. Cheques will need 5-7 working days to clear before the item is sent. If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, please contact us for payee details. PLEASE include user ID, item number etc with your payment so that we can attach your payment to the correct item.

PERFECT DAYZE DESPATCH :

We aim to despatch all items either THE SAME or following working day after cleared payment is received. Please take Bank Holidays/Royal Mail service etc into account. We always obtain a full Certificate of Posting for insurance purposes.

PERFECT DAYZE POSTAGE & PACKAGING:

Postage and Packaging costs are to cover picking/packing labour, materials, packaging, our fuel and postage charges. All P&P costs are clearly stated so please do not buy if you are not happy with the amount quoted. A discount may be applied to P&P of any further items purchased as long as they are all sent at the same time. 

PERFECT DAYZE REFUNDS:

We are happy to refund or replace if the item does not fit etc but postage costs are non refundable.  Items should be sent back in the condition in which they were received with all tags intact and the product unworn. Refunds will be considered if the item is returned within 14 days & after it has been inspected by us.  Exchanges welcomed up to 30 days from date of purchase.
Please include your user ID and Item number in with your return, for a faster refund. 
If you have any problems we exchange or refund but you will be liable for your postage
and packing costs . Please contact us within 7 days of purchasing the item
