White & Gold Leaf 12-14mm Chinese Bead Nucleated Freshwater Round Pearl Necklace
A stunning and unique 48cm (19 inch) white freshwater bead nucleated pearl necklace with a hallmarked 9 carat gold 10mm ball pearl clasp. The pearls are double hand knotted between each pearl, onto double threaded white silk.
The pearls are large, natural coloured silver-white pearls with a touch of gold leaf to each pearl. Amazing
quality bead nucleated cultured pearls with a thick nacre, a radiant luster and a rainbow overglow.
This type of pearls are new, produced in a similar manner to Kasumi and South Sea pearls, and the result is a pearl that is similar to the wonderful warm high luster of South Sea pearls and the dimpled silky texture of Lake Kasumi pearls. The Chinese are culturing these pearls from the same mussel used in Lake Kasumi-ga-Ura.

cannot find these pearls on the high street, and in a specialist pearl jewellers a similar necklace would be 10x this price.
