Our aim here at Cards and Gifts Direct is to ship all orders received by 12pm the same day (Monday-Friday) All orders received after this time or on a Weekend/Bank Holiday are shipped the next working day.

The following is a guide to help you choose the most suitable delivery option:

Free Standard UK Delivery - 3-5 working days

1^st Class UK Delivery – 1-2 working days

UK Express Delivery - Next working day (providing your order is received by 12pm Monday-Friday) Please note: Couriers do not normally deliver on Saturday’s or Bank Holidays.

Airmail - 5-10 working days dependent upon destination

Please be aware that all delivery options may not be available on all items in our store, if you cannot see a delivery service that suits you please contact us for advice as we may be able to help.

The above is a guide and although most orders do arrive within the estimated times some do take slightly longer so we advise you to order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Cancelling before you have received your order

You must e-mail us at enquiries@cardsandgifts-direct.co.uk as soon as you have decided to cancel. If your order has not been despatched it will be cancelled and you will be issued with a full refund. However, if your order has been despatched you will be liable for return postage costs. When you have received your order you must return the goods in their original condition along with the original invoice to the address below. For your records please obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning your goods. A full refund will be issued as soon as the goods are received back at Cards and Gifts Direct.

Cancelling after you have received your order

You must e-mail us at enquiries@cardsandgifts-direct.co.uk within 14 working days of receiving your order. Unless you are cancelling due to an error/fault with the order/goods you will be liable for return postage costs. The goods must be returned in their original condition along with the original invoice to the address below. For your records please obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning your goods. A full refund will be issued as soon as the goods are received back at Cards and Gifts Direct.
