We expect to deliver all orders within 7 working days of the orders being placed. Sometimes delivery can take longer, according to the destination country and its postal services:

• up to 10 working days for UK parcels
• up to 20 working days for Europe parcels
• up to 30 working days for Worldwide parcels

If your parcel has still not arrived within the periods stated above (according to your country), please email us straight away.

All orders are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail.

UK returns need to be received by us within 21 days.

Airmail returns post date needs to be within 30 days of order.

Unwanted Items can be returned within the returns period. Goods must be returned to us unopened (factory sealed) or un-used and you must obtain a proof of postage receipt for the returned goods

To return a faulty item, please e-mail us.

In the event that your order is damaged in transit, please ensure the goods remain sealed, refunds will not be made if we deem that the customer is responsible for the damaged caused.
