Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours once paid excluding weekends. All UK parcels are sent out by Royal Mail standard 1st class 1-3 days delivery. Large orders are sent out by parcel force next day.

For urgent orders please phone us on 01832 735181 open 8.30am-5pm and we can take your order over the phone and dispatch straight away. We can also offer royal mail special next day delivery or 24 hour parcel force for orders placed over the phone only.

Parcels being sent to Countries within Europe are sent by Standard Royal Mail Airmail 3-7 working days.

Parcels being sent to Countries within the rest of the world are sent by Standard Royal Mail Airmail 5-10 working days.

Combined Postage

For combined postage please purchase your items and await a new invoice before making a payment so we can change the postage cost as these needs to be done manually. You will receive an email when we have sent the new invoice.

Or if you cannot wait for a new invoice as your order is needed urgently, please make full payment via PayPal and once completed send us an EBay message regarding that you have made full payment and would like a refund for the difference for combined postage for your order.
We will then refund you the difference for combined postage via PayPal once your order has been printed.

Stock Levels

Our hand-made shoes and garments are in high demand and on the odd occasion we can be out of stock of a certain styles/colour or size. I am afraid we cannot ensure permanent availability of all our items, although we do try our best! Some products sell much better than we predict and we try to get them put back into production as quickly as possible. If we are out of stock of an item from your order we will of course individually make it for you which takes 3-5 working days for a garment to be made and 2-3 weeks for a pair of our shoes. All are hand-made here in our factory at Thrapston, Northamptonshire by highly skilled Craftsmen and women.We will always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates and keep you updated on your order and when it has been made and ready for dispatch.

How Can I Check An Item is Definitely in Stock?

If you require an item immediately we are easily contactable via either telephone 01832 735181 or email enquiries@katz-dancewear.co.uk. Our friendly and efficient UK based customer service team will be delighted to help you. A member of staff can then check the stock for you and let you know straight away.

Why Don't You Make/Order More Stock?

We try to make a realistic amount of each of our products, but as mentioned above certain items fly off the shelves far quicker than other items. Due to making so many variations of our shoes and garments in lots of colours and sizes we only have a certain amount of production capacity in which we have to allow the production space for all our hand made products.

Why do you keep out of stock items listed on your website?

If we make the product here then we keep the product listed as we can have it made for you within 3-5 days if it is a garment or 2-3 weeks if it is a pair of shoes. We also have small runs of stock constantly being made so stock is coming back on the shelves everyday. If there is something out of stock that we don't make however we will Zero the stock as quickly as possible.

Returns / Exchanges

If you want to return an Item(s) please complete the returns form that you received with your order and send this back along with your item/items.

Items can be returned up to 14 days once you have received your order. All returned items must be in there original condition and including all packaging or a refund/exchanged will not be issued. Refunds/Exchanges will be issued between 1-3 days once item is received back. We suggest you use a recorded postage option when returning the goods as we are not responsible for return postage or the cost. Please return items exactly how you received them. All refunds are issued via PayPal. Refunds do not include postage costs.

For Exchanges Please return your order back to us for a refund and place a new order for the new item/items that you would like. As soon as we receive your return back a refund will be issued.

Ballet Shoe Sole Measurements

Ballet shoes do come up small so we recommend to buy 1.5 sizes Larger from your normal shoe size. Please See below for more details.

To find the correct size, measure a pair of your shoes instead of your feet. Measure the outside sole from heel to toe. The shoes will need to be a flat pair like these ballet slippers to get the best comparison.
