Dear customers!
Due to approaching Christmas and New Year, we want to inform you about our working hours schedule. Our customer service will be available to answer all your questions all holiday time (except 24th, 25th, 31st December and 1st January), but our warehouse employees will be on Christmas vacation.
The last regular dispatching will be on December 18 morning.
During Christmas holidays all paid items will be prepared for dispatching ONCE around December 25 (after that our stock department will continue their vacation). These items (paid till 25th December) will be dropped off at MyHermess on 29th December – first MyHermes working day after Christmas (pay attention that you possibly will not receive Items before New Year. Delivery time depends on MyHermes services speed on Winter holiday time).
Starting from January 4th our stock working hours will be as usual (all paid Items will be dispatched around this time).
