we not a ‘bedroom seller’.

We despatch orders from our warehouse in Nottingham the same day up until 2pm to ensure fast delivery.
We pack our orders well so you get the items you have ordered in great condition. We sometimes sell items that arrive to us damaged but this will be stated in the title and description so please read carefully.
If you chose free delivery it will be a tracked service by Hermes or Yodel. If you want a ‘signed for’ service you can upgrade it to Parcelforce 24 for an extra charge.
The Hermes and Yodel services are ‘leave safe’ service, this means if there is nobody at the order address to receive the parcel they will leave it on your property in a ‘safe place’, please be aware of this when ordering.
We can only send parcels to the address on the order, if you want it sending to a different address please change it in your account before ordering, we can not change it afterwards.
