I welcome all international buyers outside the USA..EXCEPT FOR MEXICO AND BRAZIL..import and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and not included in my shipping costs. If you are outside the USA please allow up up to 4 extra weeks shipping time for items to pass through your customs office. Allow UP TO 6 WEEKS shipping time to ITALY..DUE TO PROBLEMS WITH THE CUSTOMS IN ITALY. I do not lie on customs forms I declare the value and I do not write gift..it is against the law.

If payment is not received with-in 3 days..the item is subject to re-listing and a non-paying bidder alert will be filed.  I hate to do this but I have had a few non-paying bidders now and will act accordingly!
