* We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Cheque & Postal Order. For buyers outside the UK, however, we can only accept PayPal.
* Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase.
Postage/Delivery
* Items will be dispatched in 1 working day, Monday to Friday only, Weekends Excluded. (Items purchased on Friday will be dispatched on Monday) Please take into account during the holiday seasons it can take slightly longer for dispatch and/or delivery.
* We offer free standard postage for delivery within 5 working days and an expedited next day delivery service. (Next day delivery service does not guarantee weekend delivery if item is dispatched on a Friday.)
* We ship to various worldwide destinations, and welcome international buyers to purchase from us. If you’re not sure if we post to your destination, please contact us to enquire.
* Shipping times can vary depending on the delivery service, though we average it can take the following for each region/country:- (UK) 1 – 7 working days, (Europe/EU) 5 – 14 working days & (Rest of the World) 7 – 28 days.
* Each additional item purchased also has FREE P&P for UK buyers! There is a combined postage cost for International buyers when making multiple purchases. If it doesn’t automatically calculate the discounted postage at the checkout, an invoice will be issued with the correct combined postage cost attached.
* Unless otherwise stated, we do not accept collections.
Returns
* If you need to return an item, please contact us and make the return within 30 days of receipt of item. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent as specified in the auction. Please be aware that the returns shipping cost is covered by the buyer for all general returns (non-refundable). After the item has been received back to us, you will be refunded.
* Please be aware, returns are NOT available for bid auctions.
* It is advised that when you return your item, that you do so via recorded delivery for extra reassurance of a safe return.
It is suggested that if you do have any questions about the auction, to get in contact prior to bidding. This is to avoid buyers making a mistaken bid or purchase.
