A beautiful antique Victorian, French sterling silver brooch, set with sparkling marcasites.  All the stones are present and the brooch is in wonderful condition, with no damage.  It fastens with a trombone clasp, which is all working well.  Stamped on the reverse with what looks like makers mark 'R&D' for Louis Ravinet and Charles d'Enfert of Paris, in a diamond lozenge.  The brooch has also been professionally tested for sterling silver.  

The marcasites sparkle and twinkle beautifully when they catch any light source!
