My name is Deborah and I am the Managing Director of Best for Baby Ltd.
We are an established online family company setup in May 2007 following the birth of our son when we could not find the products we needed, hence our search begun to find the right baby essentilas. We are based in rural Lincolnshire and have built up a strong portfolio of brands including Woombie, Halo Sleep Solutions, Angel Dear, My Little Seat and Animal Planet along with many other respected companies from the USA who we sell and distribute for in the UK and Europe. Our retail website has grown as a place to shop for parents looking for the ideal gift or sleep product.
I am a strong believer in buying only the best quality products, hence the products we buy have been safety tested by the relevant bodies and are certified as such, where possible we buy products that are organic or made of materials from a sustainable source.
Many of the items featured have been used or tested on my children or immediate family so we can sell with confidence, plus I can give first hand advice should you need it.

We aim to ship within 2 working days of the orders being received, using a number of Courier services both for UK and overseas. For expedited delivery orders must be received by 11.00 with the appropriate fee being paid. The majority of items over £25 are sent recorded delivery or signed for, if these items are returned to us due to non collection from your local sorting office we are unable to re-post without charging additional postage to cover our costs.
All BFPO orders are sent Royal Mail Signed For.
Where we use a drop ship arrangement with a supplier the products are clearly described as such and are usually sent direct within 3 working days using a variety of couriers from Royal Mail and companies such as UPS. We make every effort to offer competitive postage prices, all our shipping rates include VAT, packing materials, such as boxes, envelopes, printing, stationary and administration costs are used in the calculation of our postage costs.
We accept PayPal Payment. With PayPal you also have the option to pay with credit cards.
We do except returns within 14 working days of a item being sent. Refunds will then only be given once the goods are received and are found to be in perfect condition and in the packaging provided. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK law. Items that have been gift wrapped can be returned but the cost of gift wrapping will not be refunded. If your goods were purchased using the Get It Fast Service you will only be refunded the standard/recorded 2nd class postage costs. If goods are required to be exchanged for incorrect sizing, or unwanted items the purchaser is responsible for all postage costs of exchange or return items. We will also deduct our original postage costs, items that show free P&P do include postage amounts in the cost of the item, hence the reason for deduction. If unsure about this please contact before purchase. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any Baby Sleepwear once worn.
