The item being offered is a copy of Ada or Ardor: A Family Chronicle by Vladimir Nabokov. This hardcover book was published by McGraw-Hill Book Company Copyright 1969, a presumed first edition with no other dates or printing numbers listed. This was Nabokov's longest work. The book measures approximately 5½" x 8½", and contains 626 pages. It is bound in black cloth covered boards with gilt lettering on the spine and blind-stamped title on the front board. The top page edges are green. The book is in very good condition showing minimal wear to the extremities. The interior pages are clean and unmarked.
