EYE CATCHING Vintage 30's Blue & White Brick Steps Signature Antique Quilt! This BEAUTIFUL cotton 20's/30's blue and white brick steps quilt is hand pieced and hand quilted, with a hand embroidered signature in most blocks. These types of quilts were often fund raisers for churches and other organizations.
It measures 74" X 82" and is in excellent condition, with the occasional light spot and no wear. The quilt is strong and sturdy overall. There is quilting around the piecework throughout at 7-8 stitches to the inch. The back and hand stitched binding are solid blue, and the batting is thin.
