RETURN POLICY: We do not accept returns for ANY reason (unless the wrong item has been received). We provide the tag size (if stamped) and measurements on all clothing items listed. Please keep in mind...if an item is marked "vintage" or "vtg" the size may or may not be todays standard size....please check measurements carfully. Please remember you are bidding on used items.

Shipping Cost = Greatest Shipping Cost + each Combined Shipping Cost The first and last auctions end date cannot be over 14 days apart.... All auctions must be paid together at the same time. We send invoices daily, but do not pay until you have completed all your bidding within the 14 day time frame. Delivery Confirmation is included with every order. Texas-attire is not responsible for unclaimed packages from the postal service. Buyer will be responsible for repaying all shipping and handling fees on insufficient/incorrect addresses, refused, or unclaimed packages sent back to Texas-attire. If you are paying with Paypal please verify that the correct shipping address has been entered.

Customs / Duty Tax

1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
