I have not received my purchase(s). What can I do? All parcels are posted 1-2 business days upon payment. International Economy Airmail takes on average 25-60 business days to deliver. If your delivery time-frame is still within this duration, we ask for your patience to wait for it a while longer. For other shipping methods (with tracking), please check the status of your delivery using the tracking number in the site url provided to you in our notifications. If you need this information again, please email us for it.
It has been more than a month, and I have still not received my purchase(s). What can I do? Please check with your local post office in this case to see if they might be holding on to your parcel. We have had several cases in the past where deliveries were held without a notice for collection and many of our buyers managed to successfully retrieve their package after making a trip to the post.
Do I need to pay custom taxes / levies? Generally, transactions that are under USD10 are not likely to be taxed. While we cannot make any guarantees, we haven't had any cases of buyers needing to pay for levies or taxes in years.

Do you sell wholesale? Yes we do. Minimum order quantities for wholesale pricing start as low as 10 pieces (same item or mixed). Please email us for a quotation if you wish to purchase wholesale from us.
The auction lists the size as small, but the photo shows it as a size Large. What size is it? We use the same photo for identical items in different sizes. The correct size of the item is what is listed in the auction and not what shows in the photo.
How long do I have to pay for my eBay purchase? We kindly request payments be made within 7 days of the auction ending. If you need more than 7 days to make payment or are waiting for other auctions to end, do drop us an email to let us know. Items not paid after 3 days may be re-released for bid for other buyers if we are uninformed of payment delays.
