The timer is new and unused but the outer cardboard box is very badly damaged.  We opened the box to inspect the timer and found the parts as new but no instructions are present. 

 We will ensure this is shipped well wrapped to be delivered safe and sound but we will use alternate packaging as we feel the original box will offer little protection in transit.
