Warranty

We sell Lenovo business range as these usually come with 3 years’ warranty and can be upgraded.  Wireless Advisors offer 12 Month Return to Base warranty warranty if the Lenovo warranty has expired.

This means “You the Customer” are responsible for returning the item back to us.  All faulty laptops will be repaired or replaced with a similar model.

• Physical damage, software issues and driver issues are not covered but the warranty
• Battery are excluded from warranty if the laptop is over 12 months old from the original purchase date

All serials numbers will be recorded at dispatch against each customer
