NOTES:

A) Quoted shipping costs are for buyers in the United States.

B) We CAN ship internationally, but we ONLY use Express Mail w/ insurance. Unfortunately, the cost is usually $35-40 for the first box, but it is the only way we can get a tracking number for PayPal's Seller Protection Policy. Additional boxes are approximately $5-7 extra.
