Offered for sale is this small selection of English bone china tea ware made by Royal Crown Derby, in the popular Derby Posies pattern.
This is a lovely pattern of colourful flowers and foliage, with gold trim.
The milk jug & comport are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or damage, unfortunately the tea pot does have some damage. They are all fully marked on the base with the Royal Crown Derby stamp.
I have included photos, please look carefully at these as they form a large part of the description. If you want to know anything else about any particular item then please ask.
The items I have for sale are;
1. HOT WATER JUG A/F see description; approx. 6 inches tall to the top of the finial on the lid. There are two small chips on the spout and a small chip around the rim of the pot. The lid is in nice condition but does have a small crack where it goes into the tea pot (see photos) There is also some staining in the base of the pot but know where near as bad as it looks in the photos. Displays beautifully.
Originally I thought this was a tea pot but I have been informed by a fellow E Bayer that it is in fact a hot water jug.
2. MILK/CREAM JUG; approx. 2.75 inches tall.
3. SMALL COMPORTE / TAZZA; approx. 6.5 inches diameter and 2.75 inches tall.
