INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: International shipping is done by eBay's Global Shipping Program. By using this program you are authorizing EBAY to act on your behalf to accept & take delivery of item in the U.S. & authorizing them to pack & ship item however they see fit.

Please understand this carefully. This service is offered by EBAY as a re-shipping service. "EBAY" and "glamzillagod" are not the same company.

If choosing this option glamzillagod's obligation is to ensure delivery to EBAY'S Global Shipping USA address. Assuming there are no problems with item at that time our obligation is fullfilled. ANY complaints about item not as described/damage/etc must be made at that time. Of course as an international buyer you cannot inspect the item yourself. That is why you are AUTHORIZING EBAY to act as your agent. eBay will inspect item for you. From that point on safe delivery is up to EBAY. Any disputes about item (lost/damaged) must be taken up with eBay directly not us.

You agree that "glamzillagod's" shipping responsibility is fulfilled and ends with the safe delivery of the item to the re-shipping service's USA address. If eBay's Global Shipping Program accepts the item and determines it is in good condition as described our obligation is complete.

How it works: 1) we ship item to eBay's processing center in USA. We ship a few business days after your purchase & it takes 3 more days to reach eBay's shipping center. Once eBay receives inspects & accepts item at that point our part is done.

2) eBay charges extra money to international buyers & collects all additional postage money (we do not see any of that money). This is how eBay makes their profit from the Global Shipping Program.

3) eBay then "processes" your package. It is possible eBay will re-pack the item into a lighter package to make it more economical for them. 4) eBay then ships item to your country 5) There may or may not be additional import duties imposed by your country.

6) Some additional caveats about eBay Global Shipping Program: Some buyers have complained shipping charges are too high & shipping takes too long. Please remember: these are factors determined by eBay not us. In the case there is damage between the eBay Global Shipping Center to your address, eBay is the "person" you must seek compensation from not me, "glamzillagod". By purchasing, you are agreeing to not hold "glamzillagod" liable for any compensation due to damage and/or items "not as described" and agree to not file a claim or case seeking any compensation from "glamzillagod".
