Shipping & Payment Information: We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight with a 3rd party insurance company. Occasionally with international shipping, we use UPS. Also occasionally with numismatic type items we use USPS for a variety of reasons. Warranty Service information: Our warranties are backed by our FINE WATCH CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN WHO HAS BEEN SERVICING OUR WATCHES FOR OVER 20 YEARS. We offer watch service to our customers at a fraction of the price fine watch companies charge. We complete our watch service in 1 week to 10 days, the same service that they take at least 3 months to complete. We also pay the round trip shipping by faxing an insured airbill to our customer. Our customers love their AnaheimJewelry warranty better than other warranties because they can depend on us to get their watch back to them quickly, securely and properly serviced or repaired. We also offer future watch service at wholesale trade prices to our customers. Most of our items include warranties. Occasionally our vintage watches do not include warranties. The only exception to this rule is with our vintage collectible watches, they are often sold as collectors items and sometimes due to their age and wear, they don't work well. Authenticity: As to authenticity, ALL OF OUR WATCHES ARE 100% AUTHENTIC! Some custom or aftermarket ACCESSORIES such as certain diamond dials, diamonds bezels, and bands are AFTERMARKET / CUSTOM or AUTHENTIC FACTORY ROLEX so READ THE WHOLE DESCRIPTION to be sure you know what you are buying. Many of our pictures are file photos, in other words, pictures we took of a watch we had possession of and may have sold but have the identical replacement available. Return Policy: Please see listing for return policy on each specific item we sell as it varies from item to item. We usually offer a 14-day return privilege because ebay basically requires us to offer 14 days minimum when offering return privileges. We prefer a 3-day return privilege so the customer has a chance to verify that the watch is indeed what we say it is without taking advantage of holding on to a high dollar item. When we offer a return privilege, it is usually in place for the purpose of making sure that our customers know we are honorable reasonable business people. If you don't want the item, then we don't want you to have it. We ask that you not take advantage of us and the full 14 days, please advise us as soon as possible with any questions or concerns. Please understand that we guarantee all of our items to be at least exactly what our auctions say they are. We do not normally get items returned unless on the very rare occasion we made an honest mistake in our description of the item. We have a very generous customer service policy, we just expect the item to be returned promptly as to protect ourselves.
