We received this radio as part of a large lot of radios being sold by a nearby police department.  The department was selling these radios for the purpose of upgrading to newer models.  We were not told that there were any failures in the lot.  However, THESE RADIOS HAVE NO GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF FUNCTIONALITY.
