Main closure: Push lock on main compartment with flap opening.
Inside zipper pocket & 2 slip pockets and 2 slip pockets under the flap.
Brand Fossil metal plate at back. 1 external Back slip pocket with smaller slip pocket inside pocket at back and the press stud button has defect and didn't work (see picture 5). It is however doesn't affect the use and look of this bag. It was manufacturer defect and could possibly be fixed as button still attached.
Adjustable webbing & leather shoulder strap
Smooth Brown leather outter. Large enough for keeping iPad and all accessories day to day or travel. Beautiful Fossil product.
