There are no labels or stickers of any kind on this item, so not sure if it is a store bought or homemade item. Wood fence design with Snoopy and Woodstock with balloons.
Measures 18" wide x 16 1/2" high, and has 6 wood pegs (each 2 1/2"l) for hanging clothes, scarves, jewelry, hats, etc.
2 metal brackets on back for hanging on wall.
Used item in nice shape but does have a few flaws, some chipped wood on the top of a couple of the fence posts, some paint wear/flaws, etc. White paint could be retouched on the little areas where it needs retouching.
