Payment

We accept payment through Paypal only.  We require immediate payment on our Buy it Now items and expect prompt payment by the winner of any of our many auction items.  If there is any chance you may not pay please refrain from bidding.  We take care of our customers and ship items very promptly and we expect our customers will pay promptly as well.  If something out of the ordinary happens and for some reason an item cannot be paid for please let us know ASAP so we can list it instead of waiting for an unpaid item case to end.  If unpaid item case is opened by EBAY please do not request that we cancel it as we have no power to do so.  If it is not a common occurance your account will not be affected in any way.


Shipping

 

  We ship all of our items by the next Business day from payment!  Our luggage Items come with the option of shipping by UPS GROUND OR USPS PARCEL SELECT.   If you need your luggage faster please contact us for a quote for expedited services before bidding or buying.  Shipping cost is calculated for box size and weight and our average cost over a six month period -%10.  Shipping large luggage is EXPENSIVE no matter the service we use so please know that we lose money on shipping and keep costs as low as we possibly can.  This shipping explanation will make any bad shipping cost feedbacks null.  Remeber we are responsible for shipping by the next business day and after that it is on the selected shipping service to get you your product on time.  Please do not order a Large suitcase on a Monday from say Arizona if you are leaving for vacation on Friday!  Your item will probably not arrive on time...  

WE WILL SHIP TO HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO AND ALL CONTINENTAL MILITARY BASES BY USPS PARCEL SELECT BUT CANNOT GAURANTEE SHIPPING TIME AS DELAYS TO THESE AREAS ARE COMMON.  ALL WE GAURANTEE IS THAT THE ITEM WILL LEAVE OUR WAREHOUSE BY THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE.

All auctions and Buy it now items are binding and prompt payment is expected.  We offer 14 day returns on all of our items with Buyer being responsible for return shipping and items.  Items will be inspected within 24 hours of return and prompt refund will be issued as long as item is in same condition as sent.


About Us

We Purchase high end seasonal store stock, Floor display and customer return items from major retailers and resell it to our buyers at a fraction of retail.  Our store stock items are Brand new with tags and listed as brand new with tags.  Our floor display items are display items that were in the store for customers to view and are brand new and unused...listed as New without tags.  Our customer return items are items returned to the store and we list them as Pre Owned whether they were ever used or not.  For our pre owned items we put them all on auction, explain their condition as best we can and let actual pictures of each item show our customer exactly what they are getting.  We strive to get our customers their items as fast as possible and save them some money along the way!!!
