Twenty Years After (sequel to The Three Musketeers), 1st Printing, "Horror" Cover with the Three Musketeers in boat. (HRN 41, 9/47). Continues the adventures of D'artagnan and his three friends, Porthos, Athos, and Aramis during the hectic days of Queen Anne and Cardinal Mazarin. The story recreates one of the most turbulent periods in French history, marked by petty intrigues and beset with internal revolution.
