Item Condition - Unless otherwise stated, all items sold are brand new and come with the local distributor warranty if applicable (distributor terms & conditions apply).

Discounts & Payments - All payments are to be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) only.  Further discounts may be available for bulk purchases, as well as for self-collect (selected areas in KL / PJ only).  Please ask before purchasing.

Strictly no cash on delivery (COD) for new items sold on our online stores.

Goods sold will only be held for 24 hours prior to payment clearance, after which it will be relisted for resale.

Typical handling time is 3 business days for items available on-hand.  Items that need to be ordered will take 5-7 business days to arrive to us and a deposit of 30% is required for orders to be placed.  Items will be shipped or can be collected upon payment of balance payable.

Delivery Information - Delivery times are estimates and depend on shipping method, destination city and customs clearance. 

Additional postage charges apply for East Malaysia (Sabah / Sarawak), inland (pedalaman) areas or bulky items.
