use alone or with others that compliment it. it does have some wear on paint as to be expected.  it has a few layers of paint if you look underneath at legs where they join into the top but this is just such a nice design in red and black with gold pin striping flower spray center. multi purpose size. the estate loved it just by fireplace corner
