If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your frames, please contact us AT (Eyeframesdirect gmail.com). You may be entitled to a refund, but you must return the product within 14 days of receipt. Return or exchange items must be in brand new condition and in their original packaging. We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and we suggest that you mail this item with some sort of delivery confirmation. We cannot issue refunds until the item has been physically received. The book must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped.
When your item is received we will notify you via email and request that a refund be applied to your PayPal account. A $6.99 Shipping fee will be deducted from the purchase price. Shortly after we request the refund you should receive a confirmation from PayPal advising you of the refund to your account.
