N.B. The girdle in this auction is IVORY. Most of the pictures show the same style in black, but this is the ivory version, as shown on the KMD modelled photo.

 

This is a real treat for all fans of classic retro styling and burlesque! It's a modern open-bottom shaper girdle with a vintage twist, by 'Kiss Me Deadly' - famous for their exciting and provocative vintage-style designs, and makers of the best garter belts money can buy!

 

From KMD's 'Vargas' range, the girdle is made from a sheer, soft but strong stretchy ivory powermesh, with ivory satin ribbon trims.

 

And what a fabulous garment this is! Based on styles from the 1950s, it has all the smoothing, trimming qualities of a girdle, yet it is extremely comfortable to wear and doesn't restrict movement. Not only that, but it also has 6 straps rather than the usual 4, so your nylons are held firmly in place all day, and your seams will stay poker-straight!

 

The girdle is a stylish pull-on (roll-on) style, with a neat, picot-topped waistband and a plump ribbon rose and bow at the centre. It's all in strong, stretchy powermesh, so the fit is superb and it smoothes any little bulges, giving a sleek silhouette and neat waist. There are 6 wide garter straps with suspender clips in strong, shiny metal, (of course!) and the front two have ivory satin ribbon roses and bows to match the one at the waist.

 

Size notes: the girdle is labelled Small, and should be worn nice and tight! The waist suits 22-30" max and the hips stretch up to about 38"-ish max. It measures 11.5" in length at the back and a little shorter (10") at the centre front.

 

A superb, top of the range retro girdle, that looks fabulous on and really flatters your figure. I can't recommend this style highly enough - it's sexy and seductive but extremely tasteful too - Dita would love it! Just add nylons, stilettos and attitude...
