RETURNS
- The Gift Street will gladly accept your return within 30 days of receipt of item(s) for exchange or refund.
- Customer must contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
- All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender, please email us through eBay's messaging system for your RMA.
- Items returned that are physically abused or damaged will not be accepted.
- The product's original factory seal must be intact
- Return items must be in unused original condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories, etc.
