Acceptable Video Games may show signs of prior usage, case may be damaged, with slight surface marks on CD. Case may also include stickers/stains, artwork may be damaged/stained. For detailed description please contact seller.

All of our items are quality checked prior to dispatch. All items should be fully usable and in working order. It is important to note that all items are second hand (unless specified otherwise). Please be aware that due to the nature of a second hand product some signs of wear and tear may be visible (images displayed are stock photo's provided by eBay's listings catalogue and may vary in appearance to the product received). Payment

We accept PayPal for all eBay orders. To place an order simply click on the auction options above to either buy or add the item to your basket. All items must be paid in full prior to dispatch (unless specified otherwise).

Shipping

UK standard delivery is 3-12 working days. International delivery is 1-6 weeks. Our express service is within 48 hours. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or on national holidays. Any item ordered during this period will be dispatched on the first available working day.

Please be aware that all deliveries are made by third party carriers and dates shown are estimations based on their delivery schedules. By placing a bid or offer you automatically accept the terms of this delivery. Order before 12/12/16 for standard delivery, or before 17/12/16 for express to get your item by Christmas (UK Only). International deliveries must be made before 01/12/16. Please note we cannot guarantee standard delivery before Christmas day. Please note that we do not process orders on the weekend. Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us via the methods available within eBay regarding any problems before leaving negative feedback. Any defects, damages, or material differences with your item, must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item or 30 days from date of shipment.

The returned merchandise must be postmarked within 30 days of the shipment notification. Non-deliveries must be reported within 30 days of Shipment Notification. Undeliverable, unclaimed, refused, or insufficient addresses will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
