If an item arrives defective, please email us within first three (3) days for return authorization. If an item needs repair or to be replaced, we will issue you an RMA number so you can send the item back to us (initial and return shipping is non refundable). Refunds will only be given if the device can not be repaired or replaced.
Do not drop, open, or try to change any parts! My technicians are experienced and will discover any attempts that the item was misused. Any attempt to open the item or if it was dropped will be detected. If this is the case, we will count it as a fraud and the proper authorities will be notified.

International customers will have to pay ALL duties and taxes that occur. Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected by your country. We do not refund shipping costs for items rejected by your customs.
