Payment
We accept payment by PayPal, Cheque and Postal Orders.By PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address. Shipping
All items are in stock and are despatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day.UK Delivery: Royal Mail 1st Class normally 1 - 2 working days, but not guaranteed.Europe & Ireland: Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail normally 2 to 5 working days, but not guaranteed.We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. Returns/Warranty
Our products come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay.If you return your item for any other reason within 7 days from receipt we will refund you less the P&P. Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. All Returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt at our office.
