The History

This beautiful ring is of designer make with an incredible designer theme to it. The ring is marked "GSI" by its original maker!

Gold-Bearing Quartz is one of the world's rarest forms of natural gold. It is found underground by hard rock miners in only a few locations in the world. Most of the world's production comes from the Original Sixteen to One Mine in Northern California.

This unique formation is being mined 1,500 to 2,500 feet below the earth's surface. The natural veins of gold were formed by hydrothermal pressure deep within the earth millions of years ago. The quartz comes in various colors and sometimes contains other minerals. Pearl white is considered the most desirable and is used in our jewelry.

When the quartz contains a rare gold dispersion, an exquisite piece of jewelry can be created. The quartz rocks are cut into slabs to expose the veins. These slabs are then hand cut and polished into stones. The stones are set into specific 14k designs to enhance the natural flow of the gold and bring out their beauty. Each stone of quartz crystal is one-of-a-kind.

This ring was most likely owned by a U.S. Marshall at some point, it includes a badge and gun design on both shoulders of the ring.

These Marshall rings usually go for well over $5,000 a piece, they are extremely rare. Don't miss out on this authentic Marshall ring!

The Piece

The ring includes a gold quartz center piece! The Gold Quartz includes its classic white base with striations of yellow gold throughout the surface of the stone that make for an incredible and expensive color pattern.

The design in this ring was entirely made by a talented modern designer! The piece includes a thick yellow gold setting for the Gold Quartz as well as a unique badge and gun design on both shoulders of the ring. The side gallery features a longhorn and wheat design.

The ring is marked "GSI" by its original maker on the inside of the band.

The ring measures just over 3/4" long by 1/2" wide.

Antique and Vintage jewelry is disappearing at alarming rates. Unfortunately, most of the jewelry from this time period has been lost or melted down over the years, please don't miss your chance to own this special piece of history!
