Authenticity & Condition
I sell 100% authentic sneakers. All shoes are purchased from authorized retail stores in both North America and Europe. All shoes are brand new (unless noted in the description/listing). Shoes are stored in a smoke-free and pet-free environment. Our positive feedback shows the quality of the shoes we sell, the exceptional service, and affirms we do not sell fakes. Please feel free to check my positive feedback. I will always produce a receipt to verify authenticity if asked; I've got nothing to hide.

Payment & Shipping
We accept Paypal payments only. No trades will be accepted, cash only. In the case of Buy It Now listings, payments must be made immediately. Shipments are made only to the address on file with Paypal. Please make any corrections to your address prior to payment. Address corrections will not be made.

By default, I will double-box any Jordan brand sneaker and sneakers valued at $250+. I will double-box, however, anything the customer requests.

We offer free shipping, 2-3 business days Priority Mail within the Domestic US. Shipments occur Monday- Friday usually within 24 hours of payment. Purchases made on a weekend or holiday will ship out the next available business day.

I offer Priority International shipping to every country in the world. This is non-negotiable, I will not downgrade the shipping service simply because there is no buyer protection if the item is lost. International customers are responsible for all duty taxes and additional import charges (if any).

Purchases will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking to update on the shipping company's website. This is normal; please do not be concerned if this is the case with your package.

International Buyers – Please Note: 
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns
Returns are only accepted if I send you the wrong shoe or the wrong size, as indicated in the listing. Returns are run through the eBay returns process. I will not issue refunds due to sneaker factory imperfections. If you are returning the shoes because they do not fit or you no longer need/want them, note that the buyer will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Please, please, please make sure the shoe will fit you before ordering it.
