1. Non-defective Items:

  • Must be in unopened and unused condition. A 15% restocking fee is charge on all returns for refund that is deducted from the refund amount. Important note: shipping cost is not refundable.
  • A 50% restocking fee on all items that are returned damaged, missing parts, not in the original condition, writings or markings other than from the manufacturer. Important note: shipping cost is not refundable.

2. Items That Can NOT Be Returned:

  • Open software and games
  • Open software and games with invalid or defective serial number/product key (Note: Product key replacement only)
  • Downloadable software products and game
  • Downloadable software products and game with invalid or defective serial number/product key (Note: Product key replacement only)
  • Online subscriptions after they have been accessed

Due to copyrights issues, Opened Games and Software cannot be returned for refund under any circumstances (regardless of whether they have invalid or defective serial number/product key). Most importantly, we refuse to accept a case of "The Item Doesn't Match The Listing Description" under the situation of defective or invalid serial number/product key.

Solutions: Software or Product key replacement only.

  • For defective software on CD-ROM, we only provide replacement with CD of downloadable software, or DVD of downloadable software, or online downloaded link of the software from the company's website.
  • For defective or invalid serial number/product key, we only provide product key replacement. Please provide the software and the serial number/product key to verify whether the product key is invalid or not.
  • Further, we may need your email, phone number and address when requesting the new serial number/product key from the company's technical support team.
3. Defective Items:

The warranty does not cover compatibility of products with your system, misuse, mishandling. Most issues are caused by a software incompatibility. We are not responsible for software incompatibility issues. Please double-check your system to ensure that you have up to date hardware. Technical support is provided by the Manufacturer and/or Publisher of the Software Title. Please contact us with a detailed description of the error and your system for more assistance.

  • Defective items can be accepted for Product Exchanges of the same item only.
  • Defective items can be accepted for Product Returns except the opened games and software.
  • To receive exchange or refund items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • We do not offer "Advanced Replacement" for the exchange of defective merchandise.
  • We do not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise.
  • We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we sell. We will pay for shipping "back to the customer" for exchange of defective items.

4. We are not responsible for any physical damage or misuse of the product. Damage or misuse of product will automatically void the manufacturer warranty.
5. Shipping fee from original order is non-refundable. Also, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping cost.
6. If you have any technical question, we will try best to give you the answer based on our knowledge. However, we highly suggest you to contact with the manufacture directly for the technical support.
7. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything that does not meet your satisfaction. We strive for excellent customer service and will do our best to make sure it is done right.

1. Handling Time: ship items within the next 2 business days after receiving cleared payment. We ship Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
2. Shipping Time: estimate delivery time for domestic shipping will be 3-7 business days depending on your location.
3. Shipping Address: only ship to the address that you input during the checkout. The buyer is responsible for the wrong or undeliverable address. Please email me immediately if you realize you entered the wrong address. We may take care of it for you on time, but it is not guaranteed as we may have already shipped the order.
