2003 Dutchmen Colorado 27RL 27' Fifth Wheel. Large Slide Out. Awning. Sleeps 4. AC Unit and Leveling Jacks.

This is a nice 5th wheel, White in color with ladder on back. It is enclosed under side making it a all weather vehicle. The gentleman I purchased it from lived in it all winter to 0 degrees! All new brakes and good tires, inside is white and natural wood color cabinets.

The living room is in the back, dining room and kitchen in the center. The shower, bath and bedroom is over the 5th wheel, so there is one step to go up. Storage under the bed and cabinets all around the bed. Two small closets.

Kitchen has black appliances, stove oven and microwave with nice size countertops. Small pantry and refrig. Table and two chairs in the slide across from stove. Also in large slide is the couch that folds out into a bed allowing you to sleep four people.

There is small table and lamp setting in front of a large picture window, storage cabinets all the way around the living room dining area.

**Towed by a 350 Ford XLT Cab 4 door which is also available at added cost!
