EUC - Excellent Used condition. Display items, old stocks or items worn once or twice only.

GU - Gently Used. Used but with tolerable, minimal/few signs of wear or usage.

PL - Pre-Loved. Items may show stray, frayings, loose stitches, light & unnoticeable smudges, marks & stains, light discolorations, color fading or snags.

MALL/STORE DISPLAYS, OLD STOCKS & SAMPLES - May have few, tolerable snags, frays, light hanger marks, yellow-ish marks, light smudges or dirt marks, crease/hanger marks or label/print fading.

For Gently Used and Pre-Loved items, please manage your expectations.

Some items were stocked and may have closet smell. Some items may feel damp because of the weather here. Some may show pen marks, smudges & dirt marks due to sorting and shipping. Please have them washed first.

Items posted may be from mall displays, store returns, mis-tagged or mislabeled items, over stocks, swap meets, closed outs, clearance or last season.

HANDLING & SHIPPING:

---> Our courier partner is JRS only.

---> We use and follow JRS' shipping rates.

--> We ship on the next business day as soon as we have confirmed your payment.

---> After payment, please advise ASAP your eBay id, complete name, shipping details and mode of payment used, to facilitate fast shipment of your item/s.

---> We can combine shipping for multiple purchases. However, additional charges may apply. Indicated default shipping fee of P99 (may change without prior notice) in our listing is for 1 item only or those item that will fit in a JRS' letter-sized pouch and assuming that item will be shipped to Luzon. Please check your invoice and payment details to see your final total.

---> For combine shipping, we can hold paid purchases until the next auction ONLY. Otherwise, with or without additional purchase/s, we need to ship your items to avoid any damages from long storage. We won't be liable for such flaws/damages incurred beyond 1 week. NO REFUND will be made for such. And for unclaimed/not shipped paid purchases for one month or so,  WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO RE-LIST YOUR ITEMS (without prior notice). So please monitor your items on hold.

---> Tracking numbers and shipping details will be sent thru ebay messages at the end of the day.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

---> We do not normally accept returns unless item description is grossly misinterpreted or in cases of undisclosed flaws.

---> We will not accept returns due to exchange orders, size and fitting issues or simply change of mind.

---> Advise us within 24 hours upon receipt of your parcel for any returns and refunds.  Otherwise, if advised beyond the said time, we will no longer entertain it.

---> Refund will be given only upon return of item/s to us. Item condition, labels and hang tags if any, should be intact.
