WW1 1918 dated Watson 6x Stereo Prism Binoculars with /|\ marks and Leather case

USED

Damage to grips - has large /|\ WD marks on fronts - looks like these have been chipped out but at same time damaging grips.

Left eye focus turns but does not screw in / adjust up/down

May need stripping and cleaning - I can see some dirt and fogging to lens - as a result may be a bit hazy in use. ( not used in daytime)

Minor wear to paint on raised edges of Brass Prism covers.

Underside has NP 18 mark ( something to do with National Laboratories testing lenses ) 18 = 1918 .

Retains neck strap

Retains Leather case - wear from use but lovely dark aged patina - stamped  /|\ on front /base and lid .

Just noticed rear has ML 521 pencilled / impressed on it.

Retains Leather shoulder strap.

Lid has bowed and hinge part coming away.

Wear to front strap.
