Two large blotters advertising the Blue Coal Budget Plan. Both blotters describe the "3 Big Advantages" to using the budget plan.

They are probably from the late 1940's or early 1950's.

They were given away by coal companies in Lancaster and Reading, Pennsylvania.

Both blotters are 4" by 9".

Both are unused and in excellent condition.
