We do not sell nor ship to any countries which EMS online tracking is impossible. Online tracking is possible for most countries of EMS network but there are exceptions. If you are not sure, please contact us before bidding.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Please do not ask for other payment method after auction. We accept payment through PayPal only. Buyer with 0 feedback is requested to pay within 3 days of close of auction, if not paid, we will cancel the transaction.  Payment is due within 7 days of close of auction or date of purchase.  If payment is not received within 7 days after the close of auction, you will automatically lose the right. If you win an item and will be bidding on more than one item, please let us know so we can send you a combined invoice and ship your items together. Some packages (Koshirae) are unable to combine with other package due to package size.

 

Shipping:

 

Item will be shipped out immediately after your payment is cleared. All items will be shipped by EMS(Post office) only.Tracking NO.will be emailed to you once your item is shipped. There is no package will be processed during weekend and holidays.

 

Shipping insurance:

 

The shipping insurance is already included in our shipping charge.

 

Returns and Refunds:

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can accept returns for refund within 7days of receipt of your item. The shipping cost and the eBay final value fee will not be refundable in all cases. Also 25% of the final value is necessary to return goods as a commission in all cases. Item must be in original condition. Please send your item by EMS at your cost. (do not use Federal or DHL) We will refund your money on receipt of your item. Some blades such as yari, or Katana will not be refundable.
