Original Vintage 1978 Fender Lefty Jazz Bass Neck. Original Left Handed neck. This neck is in good original condition. Original Finish, frets and decal. No issues. No breaks or repairs. Frets have some life left in them. Truss rod turns, and works as it should. There is some lacquer checking in the headstock face, and a few small dings in the back of the neck, see pictures 7 & 8.  This neck has been used righty, and there is a non original right hand nut currently installed, can easily be replaced by a competent and experienced luthier for those wishing it be returned to lefty use. There are no date stamps on the end of the heel, as is common for factory Fender lefty and special order necks, it does have all the standard inspection marks on the bottom. There are no tuners installed, but I will include the original 3 bolts and the factory neck plate, for mounting. This was last mounted on a righty Japanese 75 reissue body. It fit well, and played well. I hope this goes to a lefty, as these are very, very rare.
