		At Circuit Specialists Europe, we pride ourselves on customer service. Following receipt of cleared payment, we will dispatch your item(s) as quickly as possible. We use Royal Mail 1st Class or Next Business Day Courier for UK Mainland deliveries and a European Classic Courier service for EU countries. We're a UK company, based in South Manchester. All of our items are on the shelf in our UK warehouse, so dispatch is always within 1 working day of cleared payment being received. 		VAT The price of this item includes VAT at 20%. We'll be happy to provide a VAT invoice, if required..
		Delivery Under normal circumstances, orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched the same business day. Orders received at the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.
		Customer Service Our eBay policy allows end users 14 days to evaluate an item to determine suitability for proposed use. To qualify for a refund, any items must be returned in original condition within 14 days of purchase. All returns must be packaged properly and include a copy of the original invoice. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is dead on arrival or was damaged in transit. Customer damage is not covered by warranty.
