First things first. If you prefer to pay by credit card or bank transfer, you'll need to call us or send us an email. eBay does not have a provision for taking credit card payments, so you'll either need to call and pay over the phone, or send us a message. If you don't have time to call, we can send an electronic invoice to you by email, which you can settle online. The email invoice service is provided by Sagepay and is secure.
If you would like to pay by bank transfer, simply call or send us a message asking for the details.
Paypal also has a facility to accept a one-off credit card payment, so you may also use that service. Just click to pay by Paypal and then instead of logging in, click the link to make a one-time payment.

At Circuit Specialists Europe, we pride ourselves on customer service. Following receipt of cleared payment, we will dispatch your item(s) as quickly as possible. We use Royal Mail 1st Class or Next Business Day Courier for UK Mainland deliveries and a European Classic Courier service for EU countries.
We're a UK company, based in South Manchester.All of our items are on the shelf in our UK warehouse, so dispatch is always within 1 working day of cleared payment being received.
We stock many spares and accessories for the items we sell, so you can be sure of support and assistance with parts should the need arise in the future.

VAT
The price of this item includes VAT at 20%. We'll be happy to provide a VAT invoice, if required..
Delivery
Under normal circumstances, orders received before 12 noon will be dispatched the same business day. Orders received at the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.
Customer Service
Our eBay policy allows end
users 14 days to evaluate an item to determine suitability for proposed
use.
To qualify for a refund, any items must be returned in original
condition within 14 days of purchase.
All returns must be packaged properly
and include a copy of the original invoice. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is dead on arrival or was damaged in transit.
Customer damage is not covered by warranty.
