This auction is for the Minnie Mouse Birthday Personalized Party Printables Package PDF CD. You will receive over 15 pages of personalized templates saved as high quality, high resolution pdf files. The pdf files will be saved to a CD and shipped to your home. You will also receive the completed pdf files by email in case you have time constraints for your party.

After you have made payment, I will send over a party info request email along with the companion guide. You will receive this email within 24 hours. If you do not see it, please check your spam folder. If time is of the essence, you can email me through eBay with your party information. The following are the things that I will ask for in the party info request…
INVITATION: For the invitation I will need to know the size of invite (5x7” or quarter page) you would like and your invite wording (invite intro, child’s name and age they are celebrating, party date and time, party location and rsvp info). I’m pretty flexible on the invite wording, but keep in mind there is limited space on the quarter page size so watch the amount of lines you have.
FAVORS: You will have 3 options of wording for the favors. There is an additional charge if you would like to use other wording. The choices are “Thanks for celebrating Sam’s 1st Birthday!” OR “Thanks for coming to Sam’s 1st Birthday Party!” OR Sam’s 1st Birthday (Party)!. The 3rd choice does not include an intro line. You can also include the party date, actual birthday date or no date with any of the 3 options. You should choose no date or your child’s actual birthday date if there is a chance of party postponement.
MULTIPLE NAMES: There is limited space for multiple names. The name line cannot have more than 15 characters including spaces and punctuation. This applies to using a child’s middle name and for birthday parties with multiple children celebrating at the same party. There is an additional charge to go in and manually make space for 16 or more characters. Please email me your child(ren)’s name(s) before purchasing for the additional charge.

~ Personalized Favor Tags ~
You will receive 3 different options of favor tags. The large size fits 4 favor tags to a page. The small size fits 8 favor tags to a page. The mini favor tag fit 21 tags onto one template page. The mini favor tags are great for personalizing lollipops or other small favor type items. All templates described are included with your purchase. You can pick your favorite and print as many as you need. The favor tags, like every other item in the Personalized Party Printables Package will be emailed to you as high resolution pdf files. The files are easy to print from the convenience of your own home or at your local copy center for a very low price.
~ Personalized Popcorn Favor Tags ~
You will receive one popcorn tag and one popcorn wrapper. Both say “Thanks for POPPIN’ by…” and then you child’s name, age and date info. The popcorn favor tags print 4 per page and fit perfectly on top of a regular or mini bag of microwave popcorn. The popcorn wrapper prints one wrapper per page and wraps completely around the microwave bag of popcorn (kind of like a chocolate bar wrapper). In addition to having the “Thanks for POPPIN’ by…” info on the front, there are also ingredients on the back of the popcorn wrapper (see pictures for example). The popcorn favor tag and wrapper will be emailed to you as high resolution pdf files. The files are easy to print from the convenience of your own home or at your local copy center for a very low price.
~ Personalized Candy Bar Wrappers ~
You will receive one large and one small personalized candy bar wrapper. The large candy bar wrapper fits around a 1.55 ounce Hershey chocolate bar and the small candy bar wrapper fits around a Hershey Miniature size candy bar. The large size wrapper fits 2 wrappers per template page and the small size wrapper fits 15 wrappers per template page. Hershey no longer puts foil wrappers around their large (1.55 oz) candy bars. The candy bars I have pictured are Hershey bars wrapped in aluminum foil. If you are interested in this classic look, easy instructions are included with the Minnie Mouse Party Printables Companion Guide. You can also buy the foil wrappers at craft stores, like Michaels, or on eBay at a very low cost. The wrappers will be emailed to you as high resolution pdf files that can easily be printed from the convenience of your own home or taken to your local copy center for printing.

You will receive one personalized water bottle wrappers template. The wrappers will fit around regular pint (and most half pint) size water bottles. Each template page has 4 labels on it. You will receive one personalized gum wrappers template. The gum wrappers fit around a 5 pack size of trident chewing gum. The front of the gum wrapper will say the same thing as you specified for all of your favor items. The back of the wrapper will say “Please enjoy a pack of gum. You made my party lots of fun!” Easy and complete assembly instructions are included in the Minnie Mouse Party Printable Companion Guide. Each template page has 6 labels on it. You will receive one personalized bubble bottle label template that fits around 4oz or larger bubble bottles. You will also receive non-personalized label template that fits around a mini bubble bottle or a set of utensils wrapped in a napkin. The 4 oz. bubble bottle wrapper prints 4 to a page. The napkin utensil and mini bubble bottle wrappers print 12 per page. Both template pages will be emailed to you as a high resolution pdf file that can easily be printed from the convenience of your own home or taken to your local copy center for printing.
~ Personalized Play Doh Wrappers ~
You will receive three personalized template pages for 3 sizes of Play Doh canisters. The three included sizes are 3 ounce, 2 ounce and 1 ounce party size canisters. The 3 ounce size prints 4 wrappers per template page. The 2 ounce size prints 6 wrappers per template page and the 1 ounce size prints 9 labels per page. All 3 template pages will be emailed to you as a high resolution pdf file that can easily be printed from the convenience of your own home or taken to your local copy center for printing.

You will receive 2 template pages of thank you notes that coordinate with the rest of your party printable package. One template page will have 4 postcard style thank you notes on it. The other template page with have 2 thank you notes on it to be used as a folded thank you card. The thank you notes on both template pages say “A special thank you from (child’s name).” All template pages will be emailed to you as a high resolution pdf file that can easily be printed from the convenience of your own home or taken to your local copy center for printing.
~ Personalized Coloring Page Thank You Notes or Coloring Book Covers ~
You will receive 3 templates with a personalized coloring page of Minnie Mouse. The first template will be a full page to serve as a coloring book cover or for your child to color for people as a special thank you. The other 2 templates are half page size. The first half page template has one half page coloring page and is meant to use as a folded thank you card for your child to color the front and you to write a little note on the inside. The second template has 2 half page Minnie Mouse designs on it and is meant to use as a half page size coloring book cover or a smaller coloring page to give as thank you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THE MINNIE MOUSE PERSONALIZED PARTY PRINTABLES PACKAGE?
The package will be emailed to you within 48 hours (during the business week) of receipt of your payment AND party information. I am usually a lot faster than 48 hours and usually work on weekends if there isn’t much going on.
After you approve the final PDF files by email I will ship the PDF CD to your address on file with paypal and ebay. Shipping labels are printed through PayPal or eBay so please make sure your shipping address is correct.
If you need the items sooner than the timeframe listed, please email me prior to bidding to make sure I can accommodate your request.

WILL I RECEIVE A PHYSICAL ITEM AT THIS AUCTION PRICE?
No, you will not receive physical printed copies of the items listed in this auction. You will receive a PDF CD and emailed high quality, high resolution pdf files that you can print from the convenience of your own home or take to a local copy center for printing.
WHAT IS THE PRINTING QUALITY OF THE PDF FILES?
The pdf files are all saved at the highest resolution possible. All pdf files will print beautifully from your home or copy centers printers. Of course, the copy center’s professional printers will offer the best printout of your files.
DO YOU RECOMMEND PRINTING AT A COPY SHOP OVER PRINTING AT HOME?
Printing from your home is definitely the most convenient option. The newer color laser printers for home are great and are really closing the gap in quality between the home printer and professional printer. I highly recommend using laser paper even if you own an ink jet. The paper really makes the difference in the professional appearance of the items. I am a big fan of the professional printers at my local copy center (I use Office Depot, but I’m sure they are all the same). The cost is relatively small. Ink for your home printer usually has a high per page cost. The quality of their color copies is perfect because they have the best color copiers and use laser paper. It saves you the extra cost of having to buy an entire ream of laser paper. The printouts resemble the quality of a magazine page.
WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE CHANGES TO SOME OF THE ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?
I’m really flexible when it comes to the invitation and will do my best to accommodate all wording requests. Other changes do require additional charges. These charges are as follows: border and font color change $3 additional per package, graphic, border and font changes $4 additional per package, text changes to the favors* varies (keep in mind there is limited space).
*There are a couple standard options to choose from that are available at no charge. Read the “Personalization” section above for the available options.
WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE TO USE A DIFFERENT IMAGE THAN THE IMAGE YOU SHOW IN THIS LISTING?
I can place any image into my custom templates as a custom order. For custom orders, you will also be able to choose your border and font colors. Please go to my ebay store and look in my “Custom Orders” store category for more info and pricing on creating custom templates for your party.
CAN I PERSONALIZE THE TEMPLATES MYSELF?
I do all the personalizing on the templates. I do not send them out blank. They cannot be used for multiple parties.
HOW DO I ASSEMBLE THE ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE PERSONALIZED PARTY PRINTABLES PACK?
Easy cutting and assembly instructions (where applicable) are included in the Minnie Mouse Party Printables Companion Guide. Basically, the majority of the items look the most professional if you use a small piece of tape to attach the wrapper to the item, then wrap it around and seal the seam with a glue stick.
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE ANY STICKY LABELS FOR THE PACKAGE?
No, none of the items are formatted to print on any specific type of sticky labels. You could print onto full sheet sticker paper, but I suggest printing on laser paper and using the method described in the previous question.
WILL I NEED TO REMOVE THE ORIGINAL LABELS FROM THE WATER BOTTLES, BUBBLE BOTTLES, ETC?
No, if you use laser paper than the paper is thick enough to cover the original label. Copy paper is typically too thin and you will be able to see original label through the copy paper.
I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE ITEMS PRINTED AT MY LOCAL COPY CENTER. HOW DO I SAVE THE FILES TO BRING TO THE COPY CENTER?
If you have a time constraint and cannot wait for the PDF CD to come in the mail then there are 3 options for saving the files: (1) Save the files to a flash drive, (2) Save the files to a CD, (3) Upload the file to most copy centers via their website. To save the files to a CD or flash drive, simply right click on the file from my email and highlight “copy.” Insert a CD or flash drive into your computer. Go to my computer and open the drive of the device you just inserted. Paste the file under that device.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is included in the cost of the package. All PDF CDs are mailed First Class US Post Office Mail.
