• Immediate payment is required for all BUY IT NOW auctions. Please walk through the regular eBay/PayPal checkout. Payment MUST be sent within 4 business days after the auction ends. Otherwise, we will relist the item and open an UPI case.

• FREE Standard Shipping
• We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all domestic orders placed in our store. Please take into consideration when you leave feedback regarding shipping time. If you need fast shipping service, please let us know first, we will arrange it for you.
• International Delivery
• We would love to combine shipments for our customer. We would try our best to provide you the lowest shipping cost.
• We deliver international orders through US Postal Priority Mail. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. For example, Canadian customers will be assessed the 7% GST (Goods and Services Tax) or the appropriate HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) or PST (Provincial Sales Tax) when the order arrives. Any incurred charges a customer might be expected to pay at the time of delivery is their own responsibility. Some of these charges may include duties and taxes charged by your local government for importing a product. We will not pay for, or refund, any of these costs. Please consult your local customs office or tax authority for any cost specific to your location.

Handling time:

• Items are usually shipped within 1 business day upon receiving the payment. If, by any chances, there is any delay or change in inventory status, we will notify you via e-mail.

Return & exchange:

• Returned merchandise is allowed for refund within 14 business days that the item was delivered to the shipping address (delivered date is based on the UPS/USPS delivery confirmation). Return shipping fee is at your own expense.
• We work hard in order to offer our customers unbeatable prices and a pleasant shopping experience. When returning an item please distinguish between not wanting an item and a non-functional/defective item.
• Defective items may be returned for a full refund/exchange.
• Returning an item that is not defective may result in a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.
• The item must be returned in its original condition with original tags.
• In most cases, shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are returning an item that was purchased with free shipping, the shipping charge that we paid will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Please contact us in order to receive a RMA number before returning any item, we will not be able to accept non-authorized returns.
