There is no Transponder chip in this key.
The key we send will be made by Silca, HD, KL, or JMA as we use several suppliers and we simply send you whatever we have in stock at the time.

If you have a complaint PLEASE contact us - don't just leave a negative comment as that will not solve the problem. We advertise our contact details on every advert, we have a retail shop where you can speak to us face to face and we answer all questions sent through Ebays contact member function within 24 - 48 hours. As soon as feedback is left we will assume the transaction is complete.
Our keys and key cases can be returned as long as they are in a new and uncut condition.
You have 14 Days to return these products.
We will refund all postage costs as well as the item you originally purchased.
Keys which have been cut cannot be returned as they have been made to your specifications, if any of these items are damaged or faulty then we will replace the item. All you have to do is inform us that there is a problem and we will give it our imediate attention.
Faulty goods can of course be returned for a refund or replacement.
