Item Description

This eyewear retainer is  a unique way to keep your glasses safe & at hand Simple but very effective and secure, the eyewear arm folds shut within the hole in the pendant. Not only is this practical but a very nice fashion accessory The neck cord simply slips on over your head.

This is NOT suitable for glaseses & sunglasses with large arms or temples, the oval shaped slot measures 17mm across x 11mm (widest points)

the slot and close the arms.

Combined shipping discounts are available for multiple purchases, most items are included on our promotional postage offer (we will happily combine postage when purchasing multiple items on one invoice and being sent together), please see our listings for details.

Paypal is preferred, however we will happily accept postal orders  & personal cheques (UK buyers only) for orders £5 and over. We also accept bank transfers as a method of payment (UK buyers only). We are only able to accept payment by Paypal for purchases made by buyers outside the UK.

When paying by an e-cheque with Paypal please be aware this takes approximately 7 days to clear and for the funds to reach our account.

Please make payment within 7 days or contact us to avoid a strike on your account for non payment. We do have to file a non payment dispute for all un-paid orders.

  Shipping  

  We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

All orders within the UK are sent by 1st class post and should arrive within 2-3 working days depending on the postal service. Deliveries may take longer around Christmas, postal strikes and other busy times.

Royal Mail do occasionally have delays due to weather conditions, strikes & bank holidays and do not class any item as missing until after 15 working days has expired.

International orders ~ We will happily send our items worldwide but packages outside the EU may take upto 28 days to arrive, in most cases they arrive sooner but we do ask you to be patient as they are in the hands of our postal service. We do our utmost to despatch all orders promptly but once they have been posted they are firstly in the hands of Royal Mail, then in the hands of Customs or your local postal service.

To keep our International shipping charges at our lowest all orders are sent via Royal Mail's International Air Mail service, a tracking number is not provided with this, but can be at the request of the buyer for the additional charge of £5.50 to £7.50 depending on location (the charge from Royal Mail for this service).

Please ensure that your address details on your ebay account are correct, we cannot be held responsible for or compensate for non-delivery when incomplete or inaccurate addresses have been provided.

        
  Deliveries and Returns     

Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, please contact us via an eBay message to advise us of any returns. All items need to be in their original new condition, not worn or altered and in the original packaging. The postage & packaging costs are non refundable and the buyer must bear the cost of both inward and outward postage if the item is being returned. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, the wrong item or incorrectly described goods, please contact us first before leaving neutral/negative feedback. We will always do our utmost to resolve any problem and we will replace, exchange or refund your payment just simply notify us via an eBay message. Our aim is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
